yesterday i announced that i am teaming with Urban Outfitters to release my own clothing line, CRAIG. i am happy to work with Urban Outfitters, a company that respects creativity, ingenuity and the punk ethos.
ever since i created my own distinct, unique and timeless style, i have wanted to spread it to the masses and this partnership will finally allow me to do that. but just because i am entering the fashion world it doesnt mean im entering the fascist world.
while i will be rubbing elbows with the most cutting edge fashion designers, i wont be another “brick in the wall” like marilyn manson used to sing about in the 90s. i will still be the revolutionary spokesman for the counterculture that i always have been. when i watched the dark knight rising, i completely understood why bane was actually the hero. and like bane, i am going to tear down the bourgeoise, image-obsessed pillars of the supermodel cesspool and turn fashion week into a mushroom cloud leaving only a burnt up runway. (i will leave tim gunn alone because he is a good guy and a family friend.)
but until then help me be an agent of subversion and go to your malls this september, pick up some of the well crafted and stylish CRAIG apparel for sale at urban outfitters, swipe your credit card, and JOIN THE MOVEMENT.
CRAIG. its fashion meets attitude and there’s nothing you can fucking do about it.
